I am new to cs trading and went through the process of learning how to use websites like dmarket, skinsmonkey, etc. It's already been a month, so please I request to resolve this issue quickly or atleast give me an estimate that when it could possibly be resolved. Or just make it appear in my Dmarket inventory so that I can create the trade again. Just have to create a trade again so that I can receive item in my steam inventory. And the issue isn't even too complex IMO. What's concerning me is that its been a month and there is still no resolution of the issue. Item name is 'Golden Hydrakan Latch' and the transaction id of its purchase is 4cf3a47f-0275-4431-ba31-d96f584e6112 The item is still in bot inventory and can be viewed here : ![]() I reached out multiple times on chat, tried mailing but all I got are the same copy pasted messages from support team that 'your issue is under investigation'. There is ticket number 14165 of the issue and 1 month later its still getting resolved by 'technical department'. Its regarding one of my items which got stuck on creating trade window during withdrawal and then disappeared from my Dmarket inventory and I never received any trade request.
